Orders

What is the shipping cost?

Australia-wide, shipping is free on orders $100 and over, and a flat $9.95 on orders under $100. Orders are shipped by Australia Post’s Parcel Post.

International orders are charged depending upon your location, delivery method (standard or express shipping) and order size.

How long will it take for my order to be sent?

Please allow a lead time of 5 to 8 business days. All of our products are made to order in Brunswick with the assistance of supported workers and then sent via the delivery option chosen.

What payment options are available?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Union Pay, plus PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

Returns will be issued for faulty goods only, or unless prior permission has been granted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To arrange a return, email us at info@kedesign.com.au to request a return authorization form and authorization number. Goods will not be credited or replaced unless an authorization number has been issued.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or unless prior permission has been granted. If you need to arrange an exchange, email us at info@kedesign.com.au.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
