Australia-wide, it is flat rate postage charge of $9.95. Orders are shipped by Australia Post’s Parcel Post.

International orders are charged depending upon your location, delivery method (standard or express shipping) and order size.

Please allow a lead time of 5 to 8 business days. All of our products are made to order in Brunswick with the assistance of supported workers and then sent via the delivery option chosen.

We use Google Pay and Link to process payments.

All prices advertised on our site include the Australian Government’s 10% Goods and Services Tax.

Returns will be issued for faulty goods only, or unless prior permission has been granted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To arrange a return contact, to request a return authorization form and authorization number. Goods will not be credited or replaced unless an authorization number has been issued.I

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or unless prior permission has been granted. If you need to arrange an exchange, contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
