Australia-wide, shipping is free on orders $100 and over, and a flat $9.95 on orders under $100. Orders are shipped by Australia Post’s Parcel Post.

International orders are charged depending upon your location, delivery method (standard or express shipping) and order size.

Please allow 5 business days for your order to be made, plus delivery time. All of our products are made to order in our Brunswick workshop with the assistance of supported workers and then sent via the delivery option chosen.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Union Pay, plus PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

All prices advertised on our site include the Australian Government’s 10% Goods and Services Tax.

Returns will be issued for faulty goods only, or unless prior permission has been granted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To arrange a return, contact us to request a return authorization form and authorization number. Goods will not be credited or replaced unless an authorization number has been issued.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or unless prior permission has been granted. If you need to arrange an exchange, contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
