Thank you for shopping with KE Design. The terms below make up our Shipping Policy.
Where we ship from
Every KE Design product is made to order in our Brunswick workshop in Melbourne, with the help of our supported workers, and then sent by Australia Post.
Order processing and lead time
Because our products are printed and sewn to order, please allow a lead time of 5 to 8 business days before your order is dispatched. During busy periods this may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout.

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post. Delivery times vary by location once your parcel leaves our workshop.
International orders
For orders outside Australia, please email us at info@kedesign.com.au before ordering and we will provide a shipping quote based on your location, delivery method and order size.
Shipment confirmation and tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number. Tracking is usually active within 24 hours.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@kedesign.com.au within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right. Please keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.
Changes to this policy
KE Design may update this Shipping Policy at any time. The version published on this page applies to your order.
