"We", "us", "our" and "KE Design" refer to Optica Life Accessories Limited trading as KE Design. "You" and "your" refer to the person accessing this website or placing an order. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Products, pricing and GST

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include the Australian Government's 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Our offers and prices are valid while displayed on the website. We may update prices at any time, but the price applied to your order will be the price in effect when you placed it, except in the case of an obvious error.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at that price, even if the order has been confirmed. If your payment has already been processed, we will refund the affected amount.

Made to order

Our products are printed and sewn to order in our Brunswick workshop in Melbourne, with the assistance of supported workers. As each item is made specifically for you, please allow the lead time shown in our Shipping Policy. Because products are made to order, change-of-mind returns are not available. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Orders and payment

Each order you submit is an offer to purchase. We accept a range of payment methods, shown at checkout. Submitting an order, after our identity and security checks, is treated as your electronic signature and has the same effect as a hand-written one. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable or where an error has occurred.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, images, text and other content on this website are the property of KE Design, Optica Life Accessories Limited, or the artists we work with, and are protected by copyright. Our designs are original works. You may not reproduce, copy, resell or commercially use any design or content without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or its systems.
