This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all products purchased from KE Design, whether through our website, by phone or by email. KE Design is owned and operated by Optica Life Accessories Limited.

Made to order

Every KE Design product is printed and sewn to order in our Brunswick workshop. Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds.

Faulty or incorrect items

We will gladly replace or refund any item that is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered. Returns are also accepted where we have given prior written approval.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

How to arrange a return

Before returning anything, email us at info@kedesign.com.au to request a return authorisation form and authorisation number. Goods will not be credited or replaced unless an authorisation number has been issued.

Return shipping

Where a return is approved for reasons other than a fault or our error, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return postage costs may be deducted from your refund. For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover reasonable return postage.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Changes to this policy

KE Design may update this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time to reflect our practices and to comply with applicable law. The version published on this page applies to your purchase.
