Our Skilled Seamstresses

We proudly employ full time skilled seamstresses who cut, sew and baby lock our tea towels. With many years of experience they match thread colours to designs plus ensure every tea towel passes our quality control process.

Our cotton and linen tea towels come with a traditional sewn rolled hem and our microfibre fabric tea towels come with a superb baby lock edge.

Ink Information

Our microfibre towels are printed with water-based inks which require no steaming or washing. We use safe pigment inks on our linen and cotton tea towels that are certified by OEKO-TEX standard 100 that require NO steaming or washing.

Presentation Options

Standard orders come neatly flat-packed in cardboard boxes of 50 however, if you wish to impress we offer three other options: Matching cardboard box, matching cardboard band with or without hang sell header.

Artwork Information

Eps, pdf, ai or png files preferred. CMYK colour mode max file size 20mg please outline all fonts/text to curves. Suggested resolution 300dpi at size. For optimal print results, we recommend the text to Be no smaller than 14pt.

100% Cotton and 100% Linen artwork size 725mm x 525mm – to allow for sewing, do not place text 20mm from edges.

Recycled microfibre artwork size 750mm x 500mm – to allow for baby locking, do not place text 10mm from the edges.

Note, the colour will always appear slightly different on an illuminated monitor or paper, than when printed on fabric.

The Order Process

Upon receiving your order form, a proof will then be emailed to you for your approval prior to printing. A 30% deposit is required when the artwork is approved and the balance prior to dispatch. Please contact us to confirm order turnaround times, as it is dependent on our current production schedule.
