What is the shipping cost?

Regular tracked shipping is free for Australian customers.

Local and international orders are delivered, depending upon your location and order size, by Express Post, Direct Freight, or Australia Post.

How long will it take for my order to be sent?

Please allow a lead time of 5 to 8 business days. All of our products are made to order in Brunswick with the assistance of supported workers and then sent via the delivery option chosen.

What payment options are available?

We use PayPal and EWAY as our payment gateway. You are able to pay for your order via the PayPal website using either Visa, or MasterCard, or Bank Transfer. Please note that you do not require a PayPal account in order to pay by credit card on their website as PayPal allows for “Guest Checkout” where you are able to input your personal and credit card details without signing up to their service. If you have a PayPal account, just sign in normally to make payment.

How can I buy wholesale? Wholesale customers, please contact us directly.

GST All prices advertised on our site include the Australian Government’s 10% Goods and Services Tax.

Please note our tea towels are not fit for use as oven mitts. 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns Returns will be issued for faulty goods only, or unless prior permission has been granted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To arrange a return contact us to request a return authorization form and authorization number. Goods will not be credited or replaced unless an authorization number has been issued.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or unless prior permission has been granted. If you need to arrange an exchange contact us.

Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
